Steamed Whole Fish

  1. Rinse fish with cold water; pat dry.
  2. Use sharp knife to make 3 diagonal cuts into flesh on each side of fish.
  3. Place on heatproof plate.
  4. Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over fish.
  5. Fill metal steamer half full with water; bring to boil on high heat.
  6. Place fish (on plate) inside steamer; cover steamer.
  7. Cook fish 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until it flakes easily with fork.
  9. Remove fish from steamer; top with remaining ingredients.
