Bread Bowl Corned Beef Dip Recipe
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. mayo.
- 3 (3 ounce.) pkg. corned beef (cut into small pcs)
- 1 round loaf dark rye or possibly pumpernickel bread
- Mix onion, dill weed, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and corned beef.
- Chill overnight or possibly 2 hrs before using.
- Hollow out bread and fill with dip.
- Cut hollowed out bread into small pcs and use to dip.
