Abbie's Shrimp Recipe
- 5 lb shrimp - (to 6 lbs)
- 2 stk butter melted
- 2 stk margarine melted
- 3 x 4 ounces Worchestershire sauce - (to 4 ounce)
- 4 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp grnd rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 x lemons - (2 juiced, 2 sliced)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl.
- Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 min (stirring once or possibly twice).
- Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and warm bread for dunking in the sauce.
