Mimi's Matzoh Balls

  1. Beat eggs and add margarine.
  2. Beat.
  3. Add water and beat.
  4. Add parsley then matzoh meal.
  5. Mix very well.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  7. Make balls of 1 tablespoon - add to boiling water.
  8. Boil, partially covered, 45 minutes.
  9. Remove and place on a ?-covered cookie pan.
  10. Cover with plastic and freeze.
  11. Next day, put in plastic bags and freeze.
