Cottage Cheese Fruit Bowl

  1. Prepare each breakfast meal by filling 1/2 cantaloupe with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
  2. Top with 1/4 cup strawberries and sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  3. sunflower seeds.
  4. Enjoy with 1 slice of toast spread with 1 tsp.
  5. jelly per person.
  6. Serve each person an 8 fl oz cup of coffee with breakfast.
