Cottage Cheese Fruit Bowl
- 2 cantaloupes
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 4 tsp. PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 tsp. jam, jelly or preserves
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf
- Prepare each breakfast meal by filling 1/2 cantaloupe with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
- Top with 1/4 cup strawberries and sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- sunflower seeds.
- Enjoy with 1 slice of toast spread with 1 tsp.
- jelly per person.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz cup of coffee with breakfast.
