Creamy Chicken Broccoli Stuffed Potato

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add broccoli; cook and stir until tender.
  4. Stir in VELVEETA.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  6. Spoon over hot potatoes.
