Paula's Eggnog-A-Doodles
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- sugar
- nutmeg
- Cream butter or margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Blend in eggnog and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
- Form dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar with nutmeg added.
- Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake cookies at 350F for 8 to 9 minutes.
