Peanut Butter Mini Cups
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 54 ounces chocolate almond bark (1 1/2 pkg)
- 34 cup shortening
- Melt together almond bark and shortening.
- Place small amount on bottoms of small muffin wrappers to harden (a medicine dropper works well for this).
- Mix peanut butter, margerine, and sugars together.
- Put in a spritz cookie gun.
- Squeeze Peanut Butter mixture onto hardened chocolate.
- Spoon remaining chocolate on top of peanut butter.
- let cool/harden.
