Sausage Egg N Cheese Muffins Wifey Style
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Frozen sausage patties
- 1 dash Milk
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease a muffin tin
- Place frozen sausage in a skillet and cook according to package
- Crack eggs into a large measuring cup or something that makes it easy to pour out of
- Add a dash of milk salt and pepper
- Scramble up the eggs
- When sausage is done cut into bite size pieces
- Dump sausage into egg mixture
- Dump cup of cheese into mixture and mix all up
- Fill up each muffin space with the egg mixture.
- Don't fill to the tippy top leave a little bit of room.
- Place into preheated oven for 25 minutes to make sure they r done insert a knife into the middle of muffin if it comes out clean they r done
- Plate and enjoy
