Sausage Egg N Cheese Muffins Wifey Style

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease a muffin tin
  3. Place frozen sausage in a skillet and cook according to package
  4. Crack eggs into a large measuring cup or something that makes it easy to pour out of
  5. Add a dash of milk salt and pepper
  6. Scramble up the eggs
  7. When sausage is done cut into bite size pieces
  8. Dump sausage into egg mixture
  9. Dump cup of cheese into mixture and mix all up
  10. Fill up each muffin space with the egg mixture.
  11. Don't fill to the tippy top leave a little bit of room.
  12. Place into preheated oven for 25 minutes to make sure they r done insert a knife into the middle of muffin if it comes out clean they r done
  13. Plate and enjoy
