Kielbasa Pasta
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 packages Turkey Polska Kielbasa
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 box Penne Pasta (your choice)
- 1 can Mild Rotel Tomatoes
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- In a large skillet on medium high heat, combine oil, chopped onion, and chopped kielbasa.
- Heat for 4 minutes.
- Add minced Garlic and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add box of pasta, Rotel, whipping cream, chicken broth to kielbasa.
- Bring to boil and lower to medium low heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed and pasta is cooked to your desired texture.
- During last 5 minutes of cooking add 1 handful of cheese.
- Save enough cheese to add to each bowl or just grate more cheese.
- Cook for 5 minutes to let cheese melt.
- Serve desired amount in bowls, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
