Honey Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil to 1/8 to 1/4 inch depth.
  4. Pour honey into flat dish.
  5. Combine crumbs, flour, herbs and spices in large bowl.
  6. Dip chicken pcs into honey, then roll in crumb mix.
  7. Arrange chicken pcs skin side up in prepared pan.
  8. Bake 45-55 min.
