Almond Jello (Chinese Gelatin Dessert) Recipe

  1. Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and stir.
  3. Throw in almond extract (I pour in 1T, then I pour in a little extra).
  4. Stir.
  5. (Add in the sugar earlier with the gelatin)
  6. Gel in a square pan in the refrigerator.
  7. When gelled, cut into squares.
  8. I serve it with fruit cocktail.
