Grilled Corn with Garlic-Pickle Butter

  1. Light a grill.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter with the pickles with the garlic and a pinch of salt.
  3. Grill the corn over moderately high heat, turning, until browned, 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Spread with the garlic-pickle butter and serve right away.
