Crock Pot Sauerkraut Recipe

• 2 bags sauerkraut, liquid removed
• 1 (32 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
• 1 lg. onion, minced
• 1/2 green pepper, minced
• Pepper to taste
• Garlic pwdr to taste
• 1 pkg. smoked sausage, sliced
• 1 pkg. spicy warm sausage, sliced (found at Farmer Jack's)

1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a crock pot.
2. Cook on slow for 4 hrs.
3. Spoon out 3/4 of liquid.
4. Add in sausage and cook for 2 more hrs.
