Crock Pot Sauerkraut Recipe
- 2 bags sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 (32 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1 pkg. smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pkg. spicy warm sausage, sliced (found at Farmer Jack's)
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a crock pot.
- Cook on slow for 4 hrs.
- Spoon out 3/4 of liquid.
- Add in sausage and cook for 2 more hrs.
