Antoinette's Sheppard's pie!
- 1 packages ground beef (cooked and seasoned to taste
- 4 large potatoes (pealed, cut and boiled)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 handful of crunchy fried onion
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 slice kraft singles cheese
- 1/2 can red kidney beans
- 1 clove garlic
- After preparing ground beef, place cooled beef in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add slices of kraft singles cheese, being sure to cover all of the beef.
- Preparing mashed potatoes: after boiling potatoes; drain water and add butter, milk, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder and mash everything together.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes over the beef and cheese and spread with a knife or spoon evenly across the baking tray.
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese and crispy crunchy onions on top of potatoes.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 on 250F Celsius or until cheese is melted.
