Cachaca Files: The Cuca Effing Way Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ounces Cuca Fresca
• 1/2 ounce Benedictine
• 3/4 ounce chipotle agave
• 1/2 dropper Bitter End Memphis BBQ bitters
• 3/4 ounce passion fruit puree
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• seltzer

1. Shake all ingredients and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
2. Top with seltzer (approximately 1 ounce) and dust top with cayenne powder.
