JELL-O Nanaimo Bars

  1. MELT unsweetened chocolate and butter over low heat, remove; add crumbs and pecans; mix well.
  2. PRESS into 9 inch (23 cm) square pan.
  3. Chill.
  4. MIX pudding powder, butter and water; blend in icing sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread over base; chill until firm.
  6. MELT semi-sweet chocolate and cream over low heat; stir until smooth.
  7. Spread over pudding layer.
  8. Chill.
  9. STORE in refrigerator; let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
