Healthy Firm Tofu With Egg
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 a block or less Tofu
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 80 ml Water
- 1 Mizuna
- In a small pan, add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add the tofu while crushing it with a spoon into the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- Swirl in the beaten egg.
- When it comes to a boil again, turn off the heat.
- Add any of your favorite greens, such as mizuna greens or mitsuba (Japanese parsley) if desired, and enjoy!
