Healthy Firm Tofu With Egg

  1. In a small pan, add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the tofu while crushing it with a spoon into the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  3. Swirl in the beaten egg.
  4. When it comes to a boil again, turn off the heat.
  5. Add any of your favorite greens, such as mizuna greens or mitsuba (Japanese parsley) if desired, and enjoy!
