Almond, Cranberry & Pear Bircher Muesli (vegan)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp dried sweetened cranberries
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
- The night before you want to eat it, mix the oats, almond milk and cranberries in a cereal bowl.
- Cover and refridgerate overnight.
- Next morning, wash, dry and grate/shred the pear straight into the bowl, mix in then sprinkle over the flaked almonds.
