Blintzes Meat Filling Recipe

• 2 c. Grnd cooked meat
• 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
• 1 x Egg
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Fill pancakes.
