Spicy Hashed Potatoes

  1. Peel the potato and shred it using a slicer or mandoline.
  2. Cut the bacon into 4 pieces.
  3. Mix the cut potato with the * ingredients - curry powder, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
  4. Heat an electric griddle to 200C, spread the potato on it in 2 portions, and put the bacon slices in any empty spaces.
  5. When the bacone is cooked, transfer it on top of the potato, and add parsley in the middle.
  6. When the bottom of the potato is browned, flip the 2 pieces over and cook the other side too.
  7. When it's cooked through, flip over again and it's done.
  8. Sprinkle with some black pepper if you like to make it more spicy.
