Spicy Hashed Potatoes
- 1 Potato
- 1/2 tsp * Curry powder
- 1 pinch * Salt
- 1 dash * Pepper
- 1 tbsp * Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1 Parsley (Italian parsley)
- Peel the potato and shred it using a slicer or mandoline.
- Cut the bacon into 4 pieces.
- Mix the cut potato with the * ingredients - curry powder, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
- Heat an electric griddle to 200C, spread the potato on it in 2 portions, and put the bacon slices in any empty spaces.
- When the bacone is cooked, transfer it on top of the potato, and add parsley in the middle.
- When the bottom of the potato is browned, flip the 2 pieces over and cook the other side too.
- When it's cooked through, flip over again and it's done.
- Sprinkle with some black pepper if you like to make it more spicy.
