Miracle Mexican Salsa Bake

  1. COOK ground beef with peppers, carrots, onions and celery until vegetables are tender; drain.
  2. Stir in salsa.
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 3 qt (3L) baking dish.
  4. MASH flesh from squash and combine with egg and Miracle Whip; stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in flour and baking powder and spread over meat mixture.
  6. BAKE at 400F(200C) for 40 minutes or until topping is golden and puffed.
