Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

  1. In blender or possibly food processor combine honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and vinegar.
  2. Process till well-mixed, about 1 minute.
  3. With motor running, add in canola oil and sesame oil in a slow, steady stream, processing till dressing is smooth, with a creamy texture.
  4. Store covered in refrigerator.
  5. Flavor will improve if made several hrs before using.
  6. Makes about 1 1/2 c..
  7. If dressing becomes too thick, whisk in a couple Tbsp.
  8. water.
