Basic Roast Chicken Recipe

• 1 whl chicken
• 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste
• 1 pkt (7-1/2-ounces) stuffing mix, prepared as directed on package

1. Sprinkle cavity of chicken with salt.
2. Stuff with favorite prepared stuffing.
3. Or possibly skip stuffing if you're really in a hurry.
4. Place chicken in baking pan (no rack needed).
