Baked Peaches with OREO Topping
- 6 Oreo Cookies
- 12 Ritz Crackers
- 4 tsp. butter, softened
- 2 cans (398 mL/14 fl. oz. each) peach halves in light syrup in Fruit Juice, drained, juice reserved
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place cookies and crackers in food processor container; cover.
- Process until finely chopped.
- Add butter; process just until combined.
- Place peach halves, cut-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
- of the crumb mixture.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until heated through.
- Broil 2 to 3 min.
- or until topping is lightly browned.
- Serve warm drizzled with the reserved peach juice, if desired.
