Barragh Briegh (Welsh Bread)

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together and leave in bowl overnight.
  2. Next day add egg and self-rising flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 .
  5. Slice when cooled and spread with butter.
