Healthy Protein Packed Macaroni Salad
- 12 ounces, weight Gluten Free Elbow Noodles, Cooked And Cooled
- 5 slices Cooked, Cooled And Chopped Turkey Bacon
- 5 ounces, weight Canned Chopped Black Olives
- 1 whole Diced Cucumber
- 1/2 whole Diced Red Onion
- 1 whole Diced Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed
- 3 stalks Chopped Celery
- 6 stalks Fresh Cilantro Finally Chopped
- 5 whole Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Cooled And Chopped
- 10 whole Diced Red Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 whole Diced Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except for avocado.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Wait until pasta salad is ready to serve to add the avocado so that it stays a pretty green color.
- This recipe taste better the longer it sits in the fridge.
