Peanut Butter, Apple and Bacon Quesadilla
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 whole Whole-wheat Tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 6 slices Bacon (cooked)
- 1/4 whole Medium Apple, Sliced
- Spread butter on each tortilla.
- Set one, buttered side down, in the bottom of a skillet.
- Set the other aside.
- Spread the tortilla in the skillet with peanut butter.
- Lay bacon pieces atop peanut butter, followed by apple slices.
- Top with the second tortilla, butter side up.
- Cook over medium heat, flipping (carefully) when the bottom tortilla begins to brown.
- (I cooked each side for 3-4 minutes.)
- Also, when you flip, if the bacon and apples fall out, dont stress.
- Just rearrange and carry on like nothing happened.
- No bigs.
