Peach , Mango and Rum Frappe
- 1 ounce superfine sugar
- 14 cup boiling water
- 12 ounces ice cubes
- 12 mango, flesh chopped
- 1 peach, stone removed
- 1 12 tablespoons lime juice, strained
- 38 cup white rum
- Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool.
- Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.
