Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. clean mushrooms and remove stems , scoop out some of inside.
  2. shread half of stems in bowl, discard the rest.
  3. cook stuffing as per directions and put in mixing bowl.
  4. add tube of anchovy paste and all other ingredients.
  5. mix well and stuff mushrooms.
  6. cook for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
