Cheese Sandwich Spread

• 6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 lb cheese, grated longhorn
• 1 (7 ounce) jar pimientos

1. Hard boil eggs.
2. Chop small onion.
3. Grate cheese.
4. Grind all together.
