The best ribs ever
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup baby ray's hickory brown sugar bbq sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp heinz 57
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 clubhouse Spicey pepper medly
- 1 onion powder
- 1 paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 few dash's of your favorite hot sauce
- Rince your ribs and lay them flat out on some tin foil or wax paper and sprinkle both sides with the club house spicy pepper medley .. onion powder and paprika ..just enough to coat them evenly ..use your hands and massage in the meat
- With a sharp knife cut the ribs every 2 bones and place them in a large pot and cover them with water and add the salt.. on high heat bring them to a boil then turn heat to medium and cook for a hour
- 15 minutes before your ribs are done boiling grab a sauce pan and add the ketchup..bbq sauce..brown sugar..garlic powder..heinz 57..worcestershire sauce..lemon juice and hot sauce and cook it stiring occasionally for 15 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a oven roasting pan add a little of the sauce to the bottom of the pan and add the ribs to the pan and make sure you cover them good with all the sauce ..cover and bake for 25 minutes and then take them out turn them around cover and bake for an additional 25 minutes and enjoy
