Linguine With Tuna Lemon and Arugula

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet; add onion and green pepper; saute 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, saute 1 minute.
  3. Stir in tuna and lemon juice.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water, about 12 minutes.
  5. Drain.
  6. Toss with tuna sauce and arugula.
  7. Serve.
