Knock off Chipotle Burrito Bowl

  1. Slice steak into bite sized fajita strips.
  2. Meanwhile start the rice.
  3. While rice is cooking per instructions on package, add steak to a medium skillet and saute.
  4. Add fajita seasoning.
  5. Once steak is cooked through, rice should be ready.
  6. In bottom of bowl add a layer of rice.
  7. Top rice with steak.
  8. At toppings as desired.
  9. In photo it is layered as such: rice, steak, salsa, kale, sour cream, cheese.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
