Knock off Chipotle Burrito Bowl
- 1 envelope mahatma yellow rice
- 1 lb steak, I used eye round steak
- 1 envelope Taco bell fajita seasoning
- 1 baby kale greens
- 1 black bean and corn salsa, medium heat
- 1 shredded cheese, Mexican blend
- 1 sour cream
- Slice steak into bite sized fajita strips.
- Meanwhile start the rice.
- While rice is cooking per instructions on package, add steak to a medium skillet and saute.
- Add fajita seasoning.
- Once steak is cooked through, rice should be ready.
- In bottom of bowl add a layer of rice.
- Top rice with steak.
- At toppings as desired.
- In photo it is layered as such: rice, steak, salsa, kale, sour cream, cheese.
- Serve and enjoy.
