Marinated Artichoke Salad

  1. Combine all salad ingredients.
  2. Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk to mix well.
  3. Makes about 1 cup marinade.
  4. Pour marinade over vegetables and toss.
  5. Chill about 2 hours.
  6. Put lettuce leaves on serving plates, add marinated vegetables, and garnish with crumbled bacon.
