Blackbird

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lemon verbena leaves and Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice and the gin and lime juice.
  3. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  4. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the lemon verbena sprig.
