Crock Pot Chicken And Rice Soup Recipe
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 5 c. water
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 c. celery
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. raw converted rice
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 5 teaspoon chicken flavored instant bouillon or 5 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a crock pot, combine ingredients.
- Cover, cook on low setting 7 to 9 hrs (or on high setting for 4 hrs).
