Mint Royale

• 1 teaspoon Mint Syrup
• 2 tablespoons Lillet Blanc
• 5 ounces sparkling wine or champagne
• Orange zest, for garnish

1. Pour the syrup and the Lillet in a champagne flute.
2. Top with champagne and garnish with an orange spiral (see Notes).
