Beer-BBQ Steamed Mussels for Two

  1. Bring beer and barbecue sauce to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add mussels; cover.
  3. Simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until shells are opened.
  5. Discard any unopened shells.
  6. Add parsley and onions to mussels mixture; stir.
  7. Serve with baguette slices.
