Bo's Peanut Butter Cookies

• 3/4c Jiff creamy peanut butter

1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C) F.
2. In large bowl, combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla.
3. Beat w/electric mixer.
4. Add egg and blend.
5. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda; Add to mixture and blend.
6. Place on cookie sheet and use fork to add crisscross pattern to top of each.
7. Back at 375F (190C) for 8 minutes each rotation.
