Creamy Scallop Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400AF Fahrenheit
  2. Butter a large baking pan
  3. Mix butter, milk, flour, salt, and pepperon stovetop until creamy (aprox.
  4. 2 min)
  5. Pour sauce into baking pan enough to cover the bottom
  6. Layer baking pan with sliced potatoes.
  7. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until no more sauce or potatoes.
  8. Cover with with foil and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Take out, remove foil, and convert top with cheese (if you want) and put back in oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Do not recover with foil.
  11. Let cool and enjoy.
