Mocha Sauce

• 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 12 cup half-and-half
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 teaspoon instant coffee powder

1. Heat ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring, until smooth.
2. Serve over frozen coffee yogurt.
