Blt Pizza Recipe
- 1 x Italian bread shell (12 inch)
- 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 x Tomato, plum
- 1/2 c. Cheese, Mozzarella
- 8 slc Bacon
- 1 c. Romaine lettuce
- Spread shell with mayonnaise, layer with sliced tomatoes, cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 450 for 5-7 minuts or possibly till cheese melts.
- Top with torn romaine lettuce and cut into wedges.
- Yield: 4 servings.
