Bbq Beef Brisket Recipe
- 4 lb beef brisket celery salt onion salt garlic salt
- 1/3 c. worchestershire sauce
- 1 x 4 ounce. bottle liquid barbecue smoke hickory bbq sauce
- Sprinkle fairly heavy with celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt.
- Pour 1/3 c. worchestershire sauce over & 1- 4 ounce.
- bottle of liquid smoke.
- Cover tightly, marinate 24-48 hrs, turning several times.
- Cover & bake in slow oven (300 degrees) till nearly done.
- You may turn every hour if drying occurs.
- When near to done, slice 1/4-inch thick, return to pan & pour 1/2 bottle of hickory bbq sauce over, cook uncovered 1/2 hour.
