Bbq Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Sprinkle fairly heavy with celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt.
  2. Pour 1/3 c. worchestershire sauce over & 1- 4 ounce.
  3. bottle of liquid smoke.
  4. Cover tightly, marinate 24-48 hrs, turning several times.
  5. Cover & bake in slow oven (300 degrees) till nearly done.
  6. You may turn every hour if drying occurs.
  7. When near to done, slice 1/4-inch thick, return to pan & pour 1/2 bottle of hickory bbq sauce over, cook uncovered 1/2 hour.
