Chocolate Chip Vanilla Cream Bars

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream margarine and sugars.
  3. Add vanilla, eggs salt and baking soda.
  4. Add your flour and non-dairy creamer.
  5. Add chocolate chips - don't over mix.
  6. Take two cookie sheets.
  7. Line one with baking paper, the other simply grease.
  8. Divide the dough, leaving slightly more for the greased pan.
  9. spread evenly with the back of a metal spoon.
  10. This is a slow process - be patient, especially for the pan with the baking paper.
  11. Bake13-18 minutes.
  12. Let cool.
  13. Mix the non dairy creamer with the pudding mix until thick.
  14. Spread on the cookie in the pan.
