Saucy Steak Skillet
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can potatoes (16 oz.), reserve liquid
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. bell pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 jar sliced pimiento (2 oz.)
- Coat
- steak pieces with flour.trown beef in oil.
- Set aside. Cook
- andttir onion in oil until tender.
- Add enough water
- to reserved potato liquid to measure 1 cup.
- Mix potato liquid, catsup,
- Worcestershire sauce, pepper flakes, instant bouillon, salt, marjoram and pepper;tour on beef and onion. Heat
- to boiling;
- reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer until tender for 1 1/4 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients.tover and simmer for 15 minutes.
