Albacore Tuna Romaine Salad

  1. Chop lettuce (1/8 pound = 1 cup); place on salad plate.
  2. Drain tuna; place in small bowl with tomatoes (quartered), olives (halved) and salad dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Place on bed of lettuce.
  4. Serve salad with crackers spread with cream cheese, grapes (1/3 pound = 1-1/2 cups grapes off the stem), a cookie and an 8-ounce (1 cup) glass of milk.
