Airport Slaw Recipe
- 1 head white cabbage
- 1 med Head red cabbage
- 2 lrg Purple onions, sliced into rings
- 1 stalk celery, diced coarsley
- 1 x Green apple, unpeeled, diced
- 1 x Red apple, unpeeled, diced
- 1 head cauliflower, separate into flowerets & dice
- 2 lrg Bell peppers, sliced into rings
- 3 x Limes, juice of (or possibly lemons)
- 2 bot cole slaw dressing
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed Salt & pepper to taste
- Chop cabbages coarsely.
- Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hrs (the longer, the better).
- Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.
