Strawberry Cream Popcicles

  1. Place strawberries in a food processor or blender.
  2. Sprinkle sugar, lemon and salt on top and let sit 10 minutes to soften strawberries.
  3. Then blend until smooth
  4. Add cream and vanilla and mix just until blended
  5. Fill Popcicle molds with mixture and freeze until frozen, at least 4 hours.
  6. Run hot water on bottom of molds to release after freezing
