Tuna on English
- 1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and onion; mix well.
- Spoon the mixture onto bottom halves of muffins.
- Cover with top halves.
- You may spread this tuna mixture on wraps, or on your favorite sandwich bread and rolls.
- Enjoy!
